Hurricane Sandy

Hurricane Sandy is affecting a lot of people right now. For those who haven't heard hurricane Sandy is on the Atlantic ocean side of the states. She is hitting all of those states. From Maine to South Carolina. People have been getting hit by this hurricane since yesterday. Some places are getting snow others are getting rain and are flooding. Others loosing power and others loosing there homes. Some states got it a lot harder than others. We all need to keep everyone in our prayers.

Here she is!

Here's what Hurricane Sandy has done to these different states. It was VERY windy and rainy last night where I live, but thankfully we didn't loose our power nor did it flood. Our crick that is right next to our yard was to the brim and flowing fast but thankfully it didn't overflow. The damage is not much to our house. We are truly thankful! By the wind last night we were concerned that our trees that are right above our house, were going to fall on us. They didn't! We will continue to pray those who were affected badly by the storm. Were you affected by it? I sure hope not!

Love Amber :)

  2. Oh good I'm glad you didn't loose power or have to deal with flooding! So am I! And now some the states that just got hit are getting hit again with another storm. I feel so bad for them! :/

  3. We shall definitely keep this area of need in our prayers... the storm actually hit the town that I was born! { In N.J. but we live far from there now...} I am glad to hear that you and your family are safe and secure. What a blessed peace to know that our Creator holds us all in our hands! ;)

    Blessings,
    ~Shannon~
